Refund and Returns Policy

At Zee Electronics, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You have the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • The product is not listed in the non-returnable items section below.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used electronic devices.

  • Products showing signs of physical damage not caused during shipping.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Perishable goods (if applicable).

  • Software, downloadable items, or digital services.

  • Personal care items such as earphones, grooming kits (for hygiene reasons).


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  1. Notify you by email regarding the status (approval or rejection) of your refund.

  2. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time to reflect).

  • If still unresolved, contact us at support@zeetozee.com.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

To initiate an exchange, email support@zeetozee.com with your order number, issue description, and product photos (if applicable).


6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • A gift card or coupon will be issued once the returned item is received.

If the gift wasn’t marked or shipped to a different address, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


7. Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your total.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
